Ethical Fund

Infradebt Ethical Fund

At Infradebt, we believe you don’t need to compromise – you can invest in assets that make a positive contribution to society AND receive a superior risk-adjusted return. It is for this reason we launched the Infradebt Ethical Fund (IEF).The IEF is Australia’s first ethically screened private debt fund.  The IEF is focused on infrastructure projects that make a positive and sustainable difference to society.

Infrastructure investments benefit from more stable cash flows, lower volatility and higher recoveries in the case of default.  The IEF is a direct investor in the less liquid parts of the credit market and earns a material liquidity premium as a result. The portfolio is transparent – investors can easily ascertain what their capital is supporting, the resultant change created, and the communities where this change is manifest.

The IEF is a fixed income strategy with genuine defensive characteristics, that also makes our community more sustainable and inclusive, but doesn’t ask investors to compromise on returns.
